- Can this converter read commas inside a CSV field?
- Yes. Quoted fields may contain delimiters, line breaks, and doubled quote characters using standard CSV conventions.
- Why is type inference turned off by default?
- Keeping every field as text protects identifiers such as 00123. When enabled, inference still preserves leading zeros, leading plus signs, and numbers that would lose precision.
- Is a selected CSV or TSV file uploaded?
- No. The browser reads the file locally and creates the JSONL download without sending its contents over the network.
